A safe space to explore stress, overwhelm, self-worth, relationships, and emotional patterns. Sessions blend somatic work, emotional processing, and evidence-based practices to support deep, lasting healing.

3-hour immersives

3 hour deep-dive sessions for clients who want meaningful breakthroughs, emotional clarity, and rapid transformation. Ideal for burnout, life transitions, or feeling stuck.

Mind-body healing program

Where therapy meets the body.
A personalized mind–body healing program designed to support deeper connection, emotional release, and nervous-system balance. Programs use grounding, breath, gentle movement, and nervous-system work to help you feel present, safe, and at home within yourself again.
