Therapy for women who are tired of holding everything together

Welcome to
The Self-Love Sanctuary

The Self-Love Sanctuary is a therapeutic space designed for women who are tired of carrying everything alone. Here, healing is not about perfection — it’s about coming home to yourself.

Grounded in emotional processing, identity work and somatic therapy, The Self-Love Sanctuary supports women who give so much of themselves, who feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and who are ready to finally feel held, supported, and understood. This is where you learn to release old stories, reconnect with your body, honor your needs, and step into the version of yourself you’ve always known was there.

This is more than therapy.
It’s a sanctuary — for your heart, your nervous system, and your becoming.

Learn to Love Your SELF

Who I Help:
I work with women who spend so much of their lives caring for others that they lose connection with themselves. Many of my clients are emotionally strong, highly capable women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of who they are beneath all the roles they carry.

I specialize in supporting women navigating:
-
anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout
-
chronic stress and emotional exhaustion
-
low self-worth or a harsh inner critic
-
people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
-
relational or attachment wounds
-
trauma and nervous-system dysregulation
-
disconnect disconnected from their bodies or identities

My approach blends somatic therapy, emotional processing, and self-love work to help women feel grounded, whole, and more like themselves again.

hi, I'm Tiffany
A therapist who helps women rebuild their relationship with themselves.

I know what it’s like to carry too much — to move through life doing what’s needed while quietly losing touch with your own needs, feelings, and sense of self. My own healing began when I slowed down enough to listen — not just to my thoughts, but to what my emotions and body were asking for too.
Today, I support women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath everything they hold. My work focuses on understanding patterns, healing old beliefs, and creating a more compassionate relationship with yourself — one that allows for clarity, boundaries, and ease.
I value therapy that is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in the whole person. While much of our work happens through conversation and reflection, I also value the wisdom of the body. Movement has always been a way I reconnect, release, and come back to myself — and that perspective naturally weaves into how I support others.

If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, supportive, and sustainable, you’re in the right place.

Welcome to The Self-Love Sanctuary.

My Story
A glimpse into the woman behind the work
Let’s be honest — choosing a therapist isn’t simple. You want someone who feels real, someone you can settle into, someone who truly sees you. I’m not the “sit silently and nod” kind of therapist. Therapy isn’t just technique; it’s connection. And you deserve someone whose presence feels grounding and human.

You also deserve to know the person sitting across from you. I’m a professionally transparent therapist — I don’t hide behind a wall or pretend I’m above you. I’m here to walk with you, not ahead of you. My path into this work grew out of my own healing and the long journey of learning how to come home to myself.

My Approach
How I help women reconnect with themselves
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the mind and body finally learn to speak to each other. I blend cognitive insight with somatic healing, mindful awareness, emotional processing, and my signature SELF Method to guide that process.

Together, we explore the patterns you’ve carried, the stories you’ve lived inside, and the way your body has learned to protect you. I’m an active, engaged therapist — I’ll gently challenge you, reflect what I see, and help you understand yourself in ways that create real change, not just temporary relief.

My goal isn’t to make you feel good in the moment; it’s to help you grow into someone who feels grounded, steady, and true to herself long after session ends. Learn more about my approach below.
