Therapy for women who are tired of holding everything together

Hi, I’m Tiffany Wright, LPC
For over a decade, I’ve been helping humans reconnect with themselves, heal emotional overwhelm, and build lives rooted in self-love, inner peace, and embodied confidence.
My work began in 2010, when I started studying Psychology and earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I’ve since worked across partial care, crisis, school-based, intensive outpatient settings, and private practice supporting both children and adults.
Through this work, one truth kept repeating itself:
healing isn’t just in the mind — it lives in the body.
This led me deeper into somatic practices, mindfulness, and movement-based healing. I then traveled the world to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and complete a 500-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training in Thailand. I later continued my training in Indonesia, where I became a certified Acroyoga teacher and expanded my understanding of embodiment through contortion, acrobatics, and dance. I also trained at the Circadium Contemporary Circus Program at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, where I explored movement as a pathway to emotional expression and freedom.
Today, I integrate all of this — psychotherapy, somatic healing, self-love work, mindfulness, and movement — to help women rebuild their relationship with themselves in a deep, compassionate, and embodied way.
My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that every person can access inner safety, strength, and self-trust.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
There is space for you here.
